If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within this period for a full refund of the item cost and the original shipping fees. While we cover the original shipping fees, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. For items that are damaged or defective, we can provide a replacement free of charge, provided that proof of damage is submitted in picture or video format.
